Tim started his career as a fully qualified chef and still retains his passion for cooking today. Tim has many years of experience in designing both commercial and domestic kitchens.
A move to the West Country in the 1990's made us appreciate even more the beauty of our environment. We wanted to do all that we could to care for the future of tomorrow's world today. It may be only a very small contribution, but at least we will feel that we have done what we can.
I am also a keen cook, and have held a love of natural and organic products and strongly believe that they are better for you and the environment.
