Online Ordering Process

1. Add the items you wish to purchase to the shopping trolley.
2. When you have added all the items you wish to purchase to your shopping trolley/cart, proceed to the checkout.
3. You will then need to pay for the items and will be guided through the process at the checkout.
4. An acknowledgement of order will be sent to you, please note this is not a confirmation of order.
5. Please note we are currently unable to accept orders from outside the UK.
6. We aim to deliver your goods as quickly as possible to you, some goods are made to order and some goods will be sent out direct from the manufacturer. We will advise of delivery as soon as we have been in contact with the manufacturer.
7. You will receive a separate email 'order confirmation' advising of delivery date for your order, delivery schedules vary according to the products selected, a few products will be sent to you direct from our manufacturer but we will still advise you when to expect delivery. This is also confirmation of acceptance of your order and when your payment will be taken.

Delivery Charges

Orders over £50 in the UK Mainland are free.
For orders under £50 the delivery charge is £3.50 in the UK Mainland.

This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of the status of your order. Furthermore, as required by Data Protection legislation, we adhere to strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access.

If for any reason you think the personal and account information we hold about in your name is incorrect, please contact us. We will review your file and update your records if required.
